Aivena
Virtual, Mexico Office
Office: virtual Mexico business hours
Aivena is a HoldCo-driven factory of AI agents for LatAm, starting in Mexico. We build, launch, and
scale multiple focused subsidiaries on a shared services platform (Engineering & AI Infrastructure,
Legal & Compliance, Finance & IR, HR & Talent, QA & Security). We run disciplined 6–8 week cycles
from scouting → MVP → pilots with design partners, then scale or sunset fast. The EIR role is a
hands-on builder path with a clear option to become a Subsidiary CEO.
Your Profile:
– Rapidly validate and launch high-potential AI-agent businesses in Mexico using Aivena’s platform and playbook.
– Own discovery, MVP design, and the first pilots with enterprise design partners, working side-by-side with the HoldCo and Shared Services teams.
– Graduate into a Subsidiary CEO role upon demonstrating traction.
Tracks (choose or rotate) :
– Venture Studio Track — identify a wedge, co-design MVP, secure pilots, and stand up a new subsidiary.
– Ops Acceleration Track — embed into an existing subsidiary to unblock sales cycles, implementations, or ROI cases.
– Platform & Partnerships Track — build channel alliances, data-provider deals, and priority local integrations.
Core Responsibilities
– Opportunity Scouting: Map pain, buying center, compliance constraints, and integration needs in Mexico.
– MVP & Product: Define scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; prioritize reuse of Aivena platform modules.
– Design-Partner Pilots: Source partners (via Latin Leap/Aivena network), negotiate pilot terms, and deliver quick wins.
– GTM & Negotiations: Build early pipeline, pricing hypotheses, discount guardrails, and close the first 3–5 logos.
– Implementation & ROI: Own the first wave of deployments; instrument measurable ROI; harvest references/case studies.
– Platform Reuse & Integrations: Coordinate with Shared Services on security, data flows, and local systems integrations.
– Reporting & Cadence: Weekly KPI updates; crisp docs on risks, asks, and go/no‑go proposals to the HoldCo CEO.
