The Latin Leap Next Gen Programme is designed for ambitious young leaders
across Latin America who are ready to turn ideas into ventures. Over several months,
participants engage in a dynamic programme covering growth mindset,
sustainability, personal development, empathy, emotional intelligence and ethics
— guided by inspiring speakers and a community of peers who share the same
drive to build something meaningful.
This entrepreneur programme brings together young achievers from diverse
backgrounds across Mexico, Colombia, Chile and the wider Latin America region.
Through monthly sessions, community building and hands-on learning, Next Gen
participants develop the tools, network and mindset needed to thrive in Latin
America’s fast-growing startup ecosystem.
